Originally started back in August of 2002 the event began with a bang! The line for entry stretched around The State Theater in St. Pete Florida. Films from all over the world were submitted and screened for the enthusiastic crowd in attendance.

For the next couple of years the event continued to draw in great crowds and feature some of the very best short and feature length films the world over.

After a successful run the Festival was discontinued when the local production company behind it, Renegade Films, disbanded. But after many years this great festival is being brought back to life by one of its original creators in hopes of putting on a wonderful event that will help local and world wide filmmakers get a chance to display their talents to the public.

Our hope is to have an event that will give an opportunity to filmmakers of every genre a chance to have their films screened, to be on hand for interviews, Q&A's, photo opportunities and more! We will have vendors on hand selling their wares, workshops to help those just breaking into the industry and so much more!
